Invite CRM acquires strategic investors. New investors are Novum Group (www.novum.cz) via its daughter company Retail Adventures (www.retailadventures.cz), Internet Billboard (http://internet.billboard.cz) and Blue Strategy (www.bluestrategy.cz). Invite thus extends its portfolio with complementary services for retail chains and their suppliers with opportunity to offer complex solution – not only system platform, but also strategy and its implementation in campaigns. Invite further strengthens its position on retail marketing solutions market.

Invite introduced extended SQL query functionality beside its segmentation module, which allows any SQL queries into central data warehouse. Therefore Invite clients can run comprehensive analyses over all system entities – clients, products, activities, transactions and analyse clients’ shopping behaviour in detail, and consequently use identified profiles in further segmentation and communication activities. Data mining pilot was carried for major retail chain.
